Passionate About Empowering Participants & Families

With over seven years of hands-on experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, I bring behavioral science training, business acumen, and genuine personal commitment to every family I serve.

My RBT training gives me deep insight into each participant's needs. Combined with my MBA studies, I approach facilitation with both compassion and strategic clarity — helping families navigate a system that can feel overwhelming.

I believe every individual deserves to live a life defined by their own choices. As your Independent Facilitator, I serve you — not the Regional Center. My loyalty is entirely to the participant and their family.

Behavioral Science

RBT training enables me to understand participant needs and design compassionate strategies.

MBA studies inform budget management, provider negotiations, and service coordination.

Daily proactive communication keeps families confident and involved at every step.

SDP Compliance

Deep knowledge of California regulations keeps your plan and budget always on track.

What is the Self-Determination Program?

A California initiative giving Regional Center consumers direct control over the services and supports they receive.

🏛️
Managed by California DDS

Administered through the Department of Developmental Services and your local Regional Center.

💡
Person-Centered Planning

Participants design their own support plans aligned with their personal goals and life vision.

💰
Individual Budget

Each participant controls a personal budget to purchase approved services and supports.

The Role of an Independent Facilitator

An Independent Facilitator (IF) is chosen by the participant — not the Regional Center — to help navigate the SDP. The IF works exclusively in your best interest.

As your IF, I help you understand your rights, build your person-centered plan, manage your budget, and connect you with qualified providers and caregivers.

IF services are paid from your SDP individual budget. No out-of-pocket cost to families.
